In the spaces of the new museum of the Opera del Duomo there are monumental masterpieces like the Doors of Paradise by Lorenzo Ghiberti and the other two doors of the Baptistery, which are placed in the Hall of Ancient facade of the Duomo. In this section of the museum they also rebuilt a copy of the old unfinished facade of the Duomo in Florence. They placed on it forty statues and figurines of the original cathedral, safe from the ravages of the weather.
